Some users have reported getting a BSOD error PAGE_FAULT_IN NONPAGED_ AREA (WiseTDIFw64.sys) frequently after removing programs from Computer. Here is a step by step instruction to fix the problem

Error:

PAGE_FAULT_IN NONPAGED_ AREA (WiseTDIFw64.sys)

Cause

WiseTDIFw64.sys is associated with Wise System Monitor Software. This is a software used to monitor the computer processes, hardware and network traffic. The error usually occurs if the software is not properly installed, compatibility issues or incomplete removal of software from the PC.

Solution:

The solution is to properly remove the software without leaving any trace files inside the computer. Once the problem is fixed, you may re-install the software if needed.

To remove program properly,

  1. Go to C:\Windows Folder. Find the file and WiseHDInfo64.dll and WiseTDIFw64.sys. Delete these files.
  2. If the file refused to get removed, restart the computer In Safe Mode, go to Windows Folder and delete the above mentioned files.
  3. Also run a software like CCleaner to run a scan and remove all temporary files and left over files from the software. Using CCleaner, you should also check if there are any entries related to Wise System Monitor and remove them.
  4. To add an additional layer of surety that the problem files are removed, download and run Autoruns. Run the program as administrator. Find if there are any files from Wise System Monitor under the Drivers tab and then delete them.

Restart Computer and check if everything is working fine.
