Question : I have a problem with wireless connection on my Inspiron N Series laptop. The problem started after I installed Windows 8 Pro 64 bit. The processor is i3, CPU M 380, 2.6GHz, 8GB RAM. Previously, it was Windows 7 Ultimate which worked perfectly fine. The problem started after installing Windows 8.Inside device manager, there is a yellow triangle on Intel Centrino Wirless-N 1000.

Answer: The yellow triangle seems to be an issue with improper or wrong driver installed for the network card. Either, the computer is still using the driver for Windows 7 or Windows 8 wrongly configured the driver for that. Right click on the entry with yellow triangle and uninstall.Go to the Dell driver download link from another computer , download the network drivers for you model. Use it to install the driver for the network card.
